Building Management

The Atrium Two management staff can be reached by calling 564-0200. Normal office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. After hours, the telephone will be answered by the Access Control Staff. In case of an emergency, they will reach the management staff.

 

Steve Richter Director of Asset Services Oversees operations of the building and staff, leasing and tenant relations.
Reggie Thomas Chief Maintenance Technician Oversees the operation of the building’s mechanical systems.
Mark Greene Assistant Chief Maintenance Technician Handles all HVAC and comfort calls for the building. Assists Chief Maintenance Technician in building mechanical systems.
Ken Drummond Brantley Services, Inc. Manages access control staff, fire/life safety in building.
Jennifer Adkins Property Administrator Schedules Learning Center processes accounts receivables and payables.
Jessica Konys Tenant Services Coordinator Coordination of the staffs’ response to and processes tenant service requests. Monitor web page and tenant bill backs.
